Shipping: 

Shipping costs:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $79
  • Express Shipping: $19.95
  • Free Express Shipping: On orders over $119

     

    Shipping locations:

    • We deliver to all locations within Australia.
    • International orders are currently not supported.

     

    Shipping times:

    • For metro locations, estimated delivery times are between 4 to 8 business days after fulfilment.
      • Standard Shipping - 4 to 8 business days
      • Express Shipping - 2 business days
    • We fulfill orders within 2 business days.
    • Delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistical challenges, transportation disruptions, or carrier delays.

     

    Returns and Exchange Policy: 

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. We provide a 60-day return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

    • Please be aware: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
    • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unopened, unused, undamaged condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • Timeframe: Our Return and Exchange Policy lasts for 60 days from the date of receipt of the item.
    • Kindly note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns, except in cases where the error is on our end (e.g. receiving an incorrect or defective item).

       

      I haven’t received my products – what should I do?

      If you haven't received your products, we understand your concern and apologies for any inconvenience. Here are the steps you can take to track your order:

      • Customer Login: If you have an account on our website, please log in using your credentials. Once logged in, you should be able to view your recent orders and track the status of each shipment.

       

      • Track My Order Page: Alternatively, you can visit My Account or Track My Order page on our website. Enter your order number and any other required information, and the system will provide you with real-time updates on the status and location of your package.


      If you don't have an account, please check your email for your order number. You can use this order number to track your package via the "Track My Order" page on our website.

      • At Skinsation we take every effort to ensure the products we sell are genuine and legitimate by sourcing from original manufacturers and/or official distributors.
