Not fully satisfied with your Skinsation purchase? We provide a 60-day return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unopened, unused, undamaged condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Kindly note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns, except in cases where the error is on our end (e.g. receiving an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds are estimated within four weeks from the date returned items are received and approved. Depending on your bank, the refund may be processed and received sooner once approved. This timeline encompasses the duration required for us to receive and process your return, as well as for your bank to fulfil the refund request.
To start a return, simply log into your account, find your order under "Complete Orders" in the My Account section, and hit "Return Item(s)." We'll email you once we've processed your returned item. Thanks for your cooperation.
